  What stages are developed during a Teleobjetivo campaign?  
     
 
  1. BREAFING
 
 

During this planning phase, the client defines their objectives and, through one or maybe more working sessions, transmits to Teleobjetivo their company’s Know How that is necessary for developing the campaign strategy.
That strategy is then integrated into a script that will be used or, in its absence, the data base of information they want to get.

 
     
  1. SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT

This is the basis of the campaign’s success and has to be deeply analyzed, modified, and improved until it is finally approved.

 
  1. AIBE System

Once the argument it is aproved, a calls marketing software must be developped to be used by the teleoperators. This software will have the script, a database with the obtained information and a serie of rapid access commands for the operators to solve any consult while they have a phone call. In addition, a series of preprogrammed reports will be incorporated so that the client may access the information they need in real time and thus, along with Teleobjetivo, possibly improve the campaign results. The AIBE system is one of the biggest advantages of Teleobjetivo.

 
  1. TRAINING THE AGENTS

Besides having the script on the screen and providing all types of support for reaching the objectives, the operators need training on the product or service that they are offering. It is very important at this stage that the client collaborates in the development process so as to motivate and involve the telemarketing professional and to put aside the many initial doubts. Taking part of the data base, 5% to 10%, as a starting point, it is usually beneficial to run a test to find out the results that are obtained before completely launching a campaign. Once the test and the necessary adjustments and modifications are made, the campaign can now be started with greater guarantee .

 
  1. FIELD WORK

This is the time when the campaign has already begun and the operators are doing their jobs. It is during this stage, normally, that they make thousands of phone calls. If the test has been satisfactory, there will probably be no problems; yet, if no test has been run, these initial moments are probably when we will experience the most difficulties, and will have to solve them at the moment they appear .

 
  1. REAL TIME INFORMATION

The capability of Aibe to provide information at real time for any aspect that the campaign needs is an essential advantage since having this information available enables us to make the changes to the campaign that will help us reach the desired goal. If we do not use Aibe and its real time capabilities, then when we receive the information, it is usually too late to modify the campaign with the corresponding consequences of the goals attained.

 
  1. RESULTS REPORT

The final results report is optional, and, for some cases, the client wishes to write this personally; if that is the case, we hand over the data base with all the work accomplished. Our standard report is quantitative in nature, using color graphics or cross referenced tables when it is necessary to go into more detail on the information.
